Refund policy

U.S. Returns

We accept returns of full-priced Laminar jewelry in its original, unworn condition within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Items purchased at full price using a discount code are eligible for a refund for the amount actually paid.

Sale items, gift cards, and items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, sign in to your account on our website and open the order you would like to return. Select Request return, choose the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return, then submit your request.

Returns must be submitted through this process to be eligible for a prepaid return shipping label. Shipping costs or labels purchased outside of our return process will not be reimbursed.

All returned items are inspected upon arrival. Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for full refund.

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
